• The Doctorate program for graduated master’s students with thesis comprises of a minimum of 7 courses, a seminar course, scientific research techniques and publication ethics course with or without credit, qualification exam, thesis proposal and thesis research with a total of not less than 21 credits, minimum of 60 ECTS credits per semester and a total of at minimum 240 ECTS credits for successful completion. Admission in Doctorate program for students with bachelor’s degree comprises of 14 courses with a minimum of 42 credits, seminar, scientific research techniques and publication ethics course with or without credit, qualification exam, thesis proposal and a thesis study with a total of minimum ECTS credits.

  • The duration of Doctorate program for students with master's degree with thesis, excluding the time spent in scientific preparation start from the semester with registration of courses to their respective program is eight semesters with maximum of 12 semesters regardless of enrollment or not. However, student can be able to finish their master’s program in shorter time of not less than three semesters. For students having bachelor degree, it is ten semesters with maximum of 14 semesters. Student having master’s degree and bachelor degrees can be able to finish their doctorate program in shorter time of not less than six and eight semesters respectively.

  • The maximum time to successfully complete the required credit courses for the doctorate program is four semesters for students with master’s degree and six semesters for students with bachelor's degree. The registration of the students will be cancelled in case to fail to complete their respective courses within period.

  • A student who successfully completes his credit courses, successfully completes qualification exam and approved thesis proposal, but fails to complete his thesis study until the end of twelve semesters for students with master’s degree and 14 semesters for students with bachelor's degree as specified in the first paragraph.

  • The GPA for graduation must be at least 2.50 for a master's degree and a minimum of 3.00 for a Doctorate (PhD).
