Başvuru kabul edilen adaylara sistemde tanımlı e-posta adreslerine "Davet Mektubu" gönderilecektir. Kazanan adaylar kesin kayıt işlemlerini 02 - 06 Şubat 2026 tarihleri arasında Enstitüye şahsen gelerek veya resmi vekaletname ile yaptırmaları gerekmektedir.
Applicants whose applications are accepted will receive an "Invitation Letter" to the email address registered in the system. Successful candidates must complete their final registration process in person at the Institute or through an official power of attorney between February 2nd and 6th, 2026.
